The most useful thing Págame could eventually tell you is what actually happens when women ask — how often employers move, by how much, and which kinds of evidence change the answer. That requires women to report their outcomes, and enough of them that the pattern is real rather than a handful of stories.
Págame is not there yet. Until it is, this page will not carry a statistic about employer behaviour, because a number invented to fill a section is exactly what this product exists to replace. Reporting your outcome is free, it always will be, and it is the thing that gets us there.
