Págame

Pay intelligence shouldn’t belong only to employers.

Where Págame began

Págame began with the pay gap. Pay information has never been distributed equally — and women have historically had less of it, with more riding on every conversation.

Working on that problem revealed a larger one. Employers have sophisticated systems for understanding labor value: compensation benchmarks, salary bands, market data, job architecture, internal equity analysis. Women don’t.

Págame is building the other side.

“You shouldn’t need insider access to understand what your work is worth.”

What we believe.

01
Women deserve the same intelligence.
The information asymmetry in pay conversations is a solvable problem. We're solving her side of it.
02
Equity stays at the center.
Built for women, first and always. Gender is never an input, and every release is tested for disparate outcomes — with the results published.
03
Every number earns your trust.
Deterministic, auditable, sourced. If we can't show where a number came from, we don't show the number.

The gap isn’t the same for everyone

For every dollar white (non-Hispanic) menearn, here’s what women earn nationally — the gap is widest for women of color, which is exactly who Págame is built to help.

Native American women52¢ per $1
Latina women53¢ per $1
Multiracial women56¢ per $1
Black women61¢ per $1
Pacific Islander women61¢ per $1
White women70¢ per $1
Asian women84¢ per $1

Where we’re going

One conversation today. A career of them tomorrow.

Págame isn’t being built for one salary conversation. Your Pay Profile becomes the foundation for understanding how your economic position changes over time — your market value, your leverage, and what staying, moving, or learning would mean for your earnings.
