Págame Data Principles

Your data works for you. Only for you.

Effective August 2026 · Applies to every Págame product · Questions →
01

You own your data.

Your résumé, your Pay Profile, your compensation history, and your recorded outcomes belong to you. You can export all of it at any time, in a portable format. Págame is a steward, not an owner.

02

Gender is never an input.

There is nowhere in Págame to enter your gender, and the estimation engine cannot receive it. Removing the input is the start, not the proof — so we test every release for disparate outcomes and publish the results.

03

Every number has provenance.

Every figure Págame shows names its source and vintage: what you reported, what the market data shows (BLS OEWS, U.S. Census, O*NET), what Págame estimates, and what Págame recommends. If we can’t show where a number came from, we don’t show the number.

04

We never sell personal data.

Not to employers, not to recruiters, not to data brokers. Recorded outcomes strengthen the intelligence only as anonymous, irreversible aggregates — never as anything traceable to you.

05

Deletion means deletion.

Delete your account and your résumé, Pay Profile, and history are removed from our systems. The only thing that remains is what can no longer identify you: the anonymous, aggregate statistics you already strengthened — which cannot be traced back — and anything the law requires us to keep. The details live in our Privacy & Data Policy.

06

Auditable methodology.

Your target is deterministic — the same inputs always produce the same number, and the computation is documented and versioned (currently Engine target-1.1.0). Independent researchers can request our methodology. See How it works.
