Turn pay transparency into worker action.
Págame helps workers understand their market position and prepare a real next move. Through the Págame Partner Program, organizations can open it to their community with a Free Activation, or go deeper with Págame Labs.
A Free Activation, or a structured cohort.
Free Activation
Best when you want to open Págame to as many people in your community as possible, with minimal administration.
- A unique activation link and QR code
- Co-branded outreach assets and ready-to-use copy
- A short activation session, if you want one
- Activation participation total only
Págame Labs
Best when you want a structured, facilitated experience for a defined group, built around a real pay moment.
- Scoped with you before it starts. Labs is in its pilot stage
- Facilitated sessions, with follow-up after them
- Participation is voluntary
From a first number to what happened next.
A Lab is built around four steps of the journey each participant walks in Págame, numbered as they are on the rest of this site.
- 01Your numberEach participant runs their own Págame Pay Check: a market band, a gap and a core script, free.
- 02What it meansThey learn to read their market position, and the deeper intelligence behind it where the Lab includes it.
- 04Your caseThey strengthen their case, identify a target, and name the real pay moment in front of them and what they will do in it.
- 06Your outcomePágame asks what happened. Answering is free and optional.
Organizations on the worker’s side of the table.
Women-serving organizations and trusted community networks; professional associations and alumni organizations; universities and career-development programs; workforce-development programs; unions and worker-serving institutions; and employers and employee resource groups willing to accept the Worker Data Firewall.
The organization never gets her individual pay intelligence.
A participant’s salary, market position, target, evidence, Rita conversations, employer response and individual economic outcome stay private. So does whether she took part at all: no one at the organization is told who joined or who declined.
Where a Lab includes reporting, it is program-level only: aggregate, thresholded and never about a person, and a figure that would fall below the reporting threshold is not shown. It includes only what the Privacy & Data Policy and the program’s rules allow.
Págame is never used for performance evaluation, promotion decisions, setting pay, or monitoring workers, and no one at the organization gets access to a worker’s account.
